QUEERY Meetup: Monarchs and Milkweed

Please save the date for our QUEERY Meetup in March!

Butterflies have long been a symbol of queer self-discovery, especially for trans people going through transition. Join us as we learn about the incredible journey of monarch butterflies and find out what you can do at home to help this amazing species. On this field trip, we'll also explore science and natural history exhibits on a variety of cool topics.

What is QUEERY?

QUEERY is a nature club for queer and questioning middle and high school youth. This free monthly program provides a space where participants can learn outdoor skills, build community, and explore how queerness manifests in the natural world. Monthly attendance is strongly encouraged so the group can form a strong bond and sense of camaraderie.

QUEERY is a welcoming space for individuals with disabilities. Please do not shy away from participating! We will shape our programming according to the group's varying needs to ensure that activities are accessible for all.
